What you will work on

Three tasks from the kind of work interns do in this track. Yours depend on the team you join.

[REVIEW: real examples from group companies]

  1. Reconcile stock against the system

Compare physical counts with the inventory records, and explain every mismatch.

  2. Plan a week of dispatches

Group orders by route and date, and make a plan the warehouse can follow.

  3. Find the cause of late deliveries

Look at a month of delivery data, find where the delays happen, and suggest one fix.

What your mentor checks

Your mentor is someone from the team. They review what you submit every week and ask questions like these. [REVIEW: how often]

  • Do your stock numbers match the source?
  • Is your dispatch plan realistic for the warehouse?
  • Did you find the real cause, not just the symptom?
  • Is your daily report on time and clear?

Skills you will use

You do not need all of these on day one. Our free trainings cover the basics, and you learn the rest on the project.

  • Excel lookups and pivot tables
  • Inventory basics
  • Reading order and delivery data
  • Working with vendors and transporters
  • Clear daily reports
  • ERP basics
