What you will work on

Three tasks from the kind of work interns do in this track. Yours depend on the team you join.

[REVIEW: real examples from group companies]

  1. Build a page from a design

Turn a design into a working page that looks right on a phone first, then on a laptop.

  2. Connect a form to an API

Send data to the backend, show clear errors, and handle a slow network without losing what the user typed.

  3. Fix bugs from the team list

Pick up real issues, find the cause, fix it, and explain the fix in your pull request.

What your mentor checks

Your mentor is someone from the team. They review what you submit every week and ask questions like these. [REVIEW: how often]

  • Does it work on a small phone and a slow network?
  • Can the next person read your code easily?
  • Did you test the edge cases, not just the happy path?
  • Does your pull request say what changed and why?

Skills you will use

You do not need all of these on day one. Our free trainings cover the basics, and you learn the rest on the project.

  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • React or a similar framework
  • REST APIs
  • Git and pull requests
  • Testing on real phones
  • Accessibility basics
